A Comparative Research on Usability and User Experience of User Interface Design Software

With the development of science and technology, people increasingly rely on intelligent interactive products, thus promoting vigorous user interface industry. Software with high usability experience can improve users’ effectiveness satisfaction, as well viscosity. Taking three design software: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, which is most frequently used by industry practitioners students, research cases, this study compared discussed impact interaction layout combining subjective experiment methods, scale scoring, testing retrospective think-aloud interview, objective method, eye tracking. It found that overall Figma best, XD second, Sketch worst. The main reason for result software have different degrees issues in layout, information quality, logic. Based results, optimization suggestions are proposed from perspectives: design, quality design.
